I am a local, qualified, and fair Real Estate Broker that works with The Perotti Group. I live right in the middle of the neighborhood and I stay very involved. If you are looking to find out what is happening to home prices in our area send me an email and I will put together a report for you.
Not only do I help folks Buy and Sell Real Estate all over the Portland Metro area, I also help improve the Roseway area by volunteering as the President of the Roseway Neighborhood Association and volunteering as the President of the Portland International District, our local business association.

The Local Business Association,
Portland International District,
meets at the Nazarene Church at NE Sandy and NE 70th across from the Safeway. Our regular meetings are the 4th Monday at the month. We are working on lots of fun projects that you can get involved with if you feel compelled to improve the region.
The next Roseway Neighborhood Association meets at the Grace Lutheran Church at the corner of 76th and Fremont at 7:00pm on the second Tuesday of the month. If you want to know about upcoming events, come on by or check out our website. Now is the time to get involved.
